Nearly killed my dog. She’s a diabetic poodle who showed up with pyometra. Not only they didn’t get the diagnosis right, but gave her medications that worsened her general health state and that are completely contradicted in diabetes. I left her overnight so they could stabilize her, and in that same night, she ate a part of a towel and no one notified. Long story short: she nearly died by acute gastritis due to the towel thread, also by the untreated pyometra, and the use of corticoids and a lack of insulin injections. To make things worse, I had to argue with the personnel because they didn’t want to release my dog, until I was forced to sign a legal document to stop me dorm suing. I was also charged an insane amount of money for the stay, plus for shouted at and nearly kicked out. Thankfully, I rushed my dog to another vet who saved her life. Read moreI called up to bring my dog here and I spoke to the lady on the phone and she said all the doctor speak English when I arrived none of the doctors speak English, I had them conduct some test to see what was wrong with my dogs blood levels and after four days of tests they were able to tell me absolutely nothing on top of that they acted very unprofessional and not answering the phone when I called to get my test results , I had to literally drive to their office see what’s going on . I’ve been to many places in Mexico and this is by far the worst one and I would expect more from a major city like Guadalajara. They weren’t even able to tell me what was wrong with the dog so now I’m flying back to New York to my vet that knows what they’re doing to get the proper care of my dog needs these people don’t know anything about anything I highly recommend you go...
Read moreExcellent service and medical expertise! We are from Houston. I considered taking my dog there for a dental cleaning because my sister was impressed with the full recovery Golliat, her dog, experienced after surgery. He had a tumor, she took him there b/c he was not eating and he wasn’t lively anymore. One week after surgery his appetite came back and he was a happy dog once again. Now, back to Lua, my dog. When I took her to her to the vet in Houston, she was sick after the cleaning. She cried and made noises as if she was feeling bad. I was told it was due to the anesthesia. At this vet place in GDL, it was a different experience. She was herself after surgery. My son and I were amazed. I’m back in Houston now but I’ll definitely fly to GDL to have Lua’s teeth...
