Cinépolis VIP Midtown Jalisco — Local services in Jalisco

We usually love Cinepolis VIP this branch on the other hand definitely is not there. Awful experience...the premise for the VIP concept is comfort and good service above the traditional screens yet in this particular branch the service button appears to be broken, we pressed it as soon as we arrived so we could order our popcorn. 😫1 hr of movie and nobody showed up, I had to leave the screening to order the popcorn myself ! 😡 By the time the popcorn got to us the movie was ending. After the credits we went to the front desk and asked to talk to the supervisor, we were greeted by a young man with a petulant attitude, who after listening to us only apologized as if he wanted us to leave quickly. We explained the situation several times and he did not provide either a solution for the bad experience nor a plan to prevent this from happening again.

After arguing with him for five minutes he started to ask us: "What is what you want?" Really Cinepolis??!! Is this the quality of service from your supervisors. ⁉️

We did not want a refund nor anything we were trying to make a point and share the experience so that he could adjust his processes or systems because it was evident they were failing.

This supervisor was petulant, ignorant and incompetent. Please avoid this branch unless you like the worst...

Es una pena que en su momento fueron muy buenos cines y poco a poco han decaído. Resumen: 6.6/10 Experiencia VIP: 6/10 Comida: 4/10 Confort: 6/10 Sonido: 9/10 Imagen: 9/10 *a veces está mal calibrado la proyección con la pantalla. Servicio: 5/10 Empecemos por la temblorina que tienen las salas: esto le resta mucho a tu experiencia "VIP" y se convierta cansado y nefasto; lo que son las salas de la 7ma en adelante, cuentan con estos temblores de la estructura. Si eres igual de perceptible que yo, vas a ODIAR. A veces las luces o tardan en apagarse o para prenderse, lo cual genera molestia al estar viendo los cortos y o créditos. Algunos asientos necesitan cambiarse, ya que hay asientos que se sienten los mecanismos de los respaldos reclinables, tanto en espalda como en las pompis. La comida deja mucho que desear, puedo comparar con La Perla VIP, Cinery, y hasta Andares VIP (que no me gusta), y de verdad este cuenta con la peor comida y servicio: Crepas, cero crunchy, parece que estás comiendo engrudo, es una crepa gruesa. Para las palomitas tienes que repetirles como 5 veces que te traigan ramequins con salsa. Nunca las traen. Últimamente, salen muy frías y un poco chiclosas, pero puede ser por el clima de invierno. La baguette española: en varias ocasiones lo he regresado, porque de verdad supermezquinos, le ponen una miseria de queso crema y ni hablemos del Jamón Serrano, además, una vez no sé a quién se le ocurrió pensar que el jamón serrano va calentando en la parrilla. Llego todo seco. No se pide mucho, solo son dos ingredientes, las baguettes están en 200 pesos, es mucho pedir por dos ingredientes? Que caciques. Las papas twistter, siempre frías y/o de consistencia "blanda".

Los tragos, ni se digan... mejor pidan chela.

Servicio: Pésimo. Además, todavía se atreven a pedirte propina, cuando nunca te traen todo completo, cuando se piden ramequíns, servilletas, vasos para la chela, entre otros.

La última vez, tuve que salirme de la película (cortos), porque los asientos estaban desconectados. Horrible experiencia porque tardaron en atendernos y obviamente interrumpimos en la película.

Sé que no es restaurante, pero para los precios tan altos de algo tan sencillo y de baja calidad, se tiene que tomar en cuenta. Sobre todo, porque yo busco comodidad y buen servicio, si no iría a salas tradicionales...

Many establishments would benefit from going to greater lengths in resolution because it’s a win/win.
