I had an absolutely terrible experience with El Mercado de Chacharitas. I purchased an item and was promised quick communication and shipping. Instead, they took ages to respond to any of my messages and shipped the item much later than agreed.

They claimed they would cover the shipping costs — that never happened. When the item finally arrived, it was damaged. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blackmail me into closing a dispute before resolving the issue. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Avoid this seller at all costs. There are plenty of better, more trustworthy places to buy from. I regret ever doing...

Beautiful collection of furniture, very enthusiastic saleswoman who will convince you to buy things but sadly doesn’t deliver once the money is paid. Make sure you leave there with what you bought, otherwise you might be unreasonably expected to wait forever to get what you paid for if you were convinced to make alterations.
