First of all my opinion about the food: The Unagui Roll is really really delicious! You should try it if you decide to eat there. Everything else I tried is okay, but nothing special. Just regular Sushi, you can get everywhere else in the city as well with nicer waiters and a better service.
And this is the reason why I will never enter this place again: One star is actually too much for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After ordering food but receiving the wrong order, the girl on the phone said they will bring the right order but we have to give back the food we already had. (I don´t mind not eating it since I didn´t plan to pay for it, but seriously? What are you going to do with the food? Giving it to other customers when it was already in someone elses home? This is not only unprofessional but also more than unhygienic.) Plus the fact that we were waiting for more than 30 min already for the food (which I do not complain about) but waiting for another half an hour because they did a mistake and don´t even think about compensate us with something? After a tiny discussion because the manager apparently couldn´t understand what was the problem, they told us it is okay and we can eat it. Allright.. we were waiting for the right order, when the delivery guy told us we have to give back the food we received in the beginnging. We told him we already started eating, since the girl on the phone told us it is okay. He insisted to get back the food even though it was already half eaten. After calling again, the manager apparently changed his mind in the last 30 min and told us we have to give it back. Seriously guys? This is not only cheeky, but also more than uneconomical for your own business and very ungreen for the environment. You want to take back the food just for your sake? You can´t use this Sushi anymore or at least I really hope so for your customers. If you would have a tiny idea of a good customer service, you would have apologized, told us to eat the food while waiting for the right order and everything would be fine. But with this reaction, you receive not only a bad review but you loose a few customers....

But food though… I ordered miso soup and it was great, not traditional but it had noodles in it which almost seemed like a meal on its own.
They run this Two for One deal on Special rolls, which is cool and all if the rolls were actually good. I got a salmon roll, which was okayish big ish and as a bonus one I got the “Empanizado Especially” which I couldn’t even eat bc of lack of flavor and an overwhelming taste of fried outside of the rice part.
I have tried a lot of rolls in my life from low end to really high end and this has to be my least favorite. I was quite disappointed to be honest.
I will give them a benefit of a doubt since I haven’t tried their dishes...
Read moreOk so... Yo voy muy seguido a este lugar a comer, porque es económico, me gusta su promoción de 2x1 en especiales, el sabor y la cantidad.
Pero... hoy pedí a servicio a domicilio y el repartidor nose si estaba de malas pero me resultó un tanto TRANSFOBICO que me dió mi comida de mala manera con una cara que no se la aguantaba ni el mismo que fue lo que me molestó y aparte le di propina porque no me quise ver igual de mala onda cómo el.
Así que la última vez que fui pensé que era el gerente o nose pero es un señor con acento colombiano, con sobrepeso, moreno (utilize esa descripción NO con intención de ofender, solamente para IDENTIFICARLO, ya que es el único con esa apariencia así ahí).
Las veces que he ido intento de ignorar las miradas incomodas como si nunca hubieran visto una chica transgénero en su vida, yo soy una persona bastante educada y relajada para tener que pasar por esto aún en el siglo XXI. Asi que espero esta opinión la tomen en cuenta tanto los que trabajan ahí como las personas que estén interesadas en ir ahí.
Si no con la pena perderán un cliente frecuente (Que no creo que les importe, pero aún así).
