The food great as always, we love the one in Puebla city, but in this occasion we stayed in the Barcelo Reforma, and decided to have our wedding anniversary dinner there, my husband and I.

Disappointment from the service and care for customers, the sizzling plate with my husband steak, ruined his shrit and pants, when we grab manager attention ( Oscar Ortega) he did not put interest on what we were explaining, even saying was my husband fault. He offered to pay for dry cleaners until we ask for the bill, because asked to resolve the issue, that problem solve did not work cuz we just stay one night and laundry at Barcelo Hotel needed more than 24 hours. But your Floor manager several times ask us what about the tip? What about the tip for your food? Where is the tip?
