KFC — Restaurant in Mexico City

I was here last week and my experience was poor. I had to wait on the line for over 15 minutes. I already had in mind what I wanted and to save a few bucks I ordered the products separately not in combo as the teller had recommended,to my dismay I found that the prices had gone up they were different from the ones they had advertised, I had to get the combo in this case otherwise I would have paid more. they took like 8 minutes to get my order once I got it I realized that I got the salad instead of the mashed potatoe, they never asked what I wanted my colleague mentioned that I had to let them know that I wanted the mashed potatoe instead of the salad, I do not think is right that you have to tell them what you want they should give you the option my experience was really bad that I do not plan to go...

Run by incompetent idiot's....who know nothing about customer service. First I stand in front of till with 4 of them including manager not even saying hello but just keep me waiting until I say to manager "what is he doing"....oh and there's only 5 customers on tables and no one else in line! I speak fairly decent Spainish but am shocked when server starts to laugh when I'm ordering. She has one colleague on her left and manager standing on her right who also start talking amongst them selves saying "this guy doesn't speak Spainish and can't order"....losing my temper I have a go at staff in Spainish....like i said...

Oh my god! Ramsays kitchen nightmares should be here! Arrived 1 hour before closing, told there was no burgers, so we ordered chicken, chips and nuggets. We paid and they didnt have change so the lady went behind and the money fell on the chicken, then we recieved our food and the nuggets and chips were freezing cold. She then microwaved our nuggets and chucked our chips in the churros fryer 👍 The chicken was greasy and the saucy chicken was litterally drenched in cold bbq sauce, so god awful soggy.🤢 At the end, the "chefs" were all screaming like wild monkeys and simging along to reggaeton... next level...
