The neighbor is gated off with a guard which makes it a little more expensive but it is worth paying the extra money. Well we liked PM so much we decided to stay for a while and signed a six month lease on a place in Alborada. We looked at a few places and chose this one because it felt right, and Mildred Vaca was great, letting us look at several places and helped us through the entire process. The pool area is clean and spider monkeys were in the trees, pretty neat stuff. Rent here you'll be...

Really enjoyed the stay here and the relaxed residential / short term complex. The pool area is lovely, large and shady. I'm not surprised to read some people stay longer! It's a nice neighbourhood with local cafes and restaurants close by and supermarket 15 mins walk.

You can get a taxi to the beach and enjoy...
