Don't recommend this hotel. Most of the time, there is no one at the reception. The staff is not very helpful; they were even unable to arrange a taxi for us. Check-out time is 11:30 AM.
We had a long flight back home and were unable to shower anywhere. There is no shower on the roof at the swimming pool, making the pool so dirty that we didn't want to use it.
When arriving at 10 PM, we didn't receive the room promised to us (quiet with no air conditioning above our heads as shown in the picture). The room was located on the street, and the air conditioning was above our heads. The next day, they offered to change our room, but we declined because we were only staying for 2 nights and didn't want to pack our things again.
Overall, poor communication with the staff and owner. The owner speaks English but doesn't understand it well.
The walls are thin (you can hear the TV from other rooms and everyone in the hallway). We had to sleep with earplugs. Hygiene could be a lot better. There is no hot water available, so we spent $60 USD a night for cold water.
We traveled in Mexico for 5 weeks, and this was the only hotel that didn't offer drinking water.
We didn't like the neighborhood; in the evening, you must take taxis.

Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️|This was the most amazing hotel experience! I honestly didn’t expect such incredible service and personal attention. From the moment we arrived, Karen gave us the warmest welcome. She personally showed us to our room, which was spotless and beautifully decorated. The room smelled fresh, and you could tell they really took the time to prepare everything perfectly.||On the second floor, there’s a cozy little kitchenette with water, coffee, and a small fridge—sometimes even stocked with little snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The towels were fresh and clean, and one of my favorite perks was that they offer bikes to explore the town. It made getting around so easy and fun!||Highly recommend this hotel—I can’t wait...
