I came to Ritual burnt out and exhausted, desperately needing a moment to calm my body long enough to hear my thoughts. This was the perfect place for just that. It was quiet but not desolate, it was close to many things and an easy bike ride to the main street/ town.

My favourite part was the spa. I booked a moonlight massage for the night that I arrived and it was exactly what I needed to begin my trip. I actually returned for something similar because it was so incredible. Alma is incredible.

The staff were really friendly, accommodating, relaxed but busy hosting. The atmosphere and 'vibes' were great. I loved the smell and slow/ relaxed pace of the place.

I am also drawing a blank on the woman at the front desk, her name stated with A... She was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Meeting...

This review is long overdue and I am submitting it on behalf of my family and friends. My family and I had such an amazing experience with Alma February 2022 while on vacation at Hotel Era.

I originally scheduled a birthday massage for my husband before arriving. Based on his reaction, everyone in our group of 9 received a massage before leaving Tulum! Alma was so booked up during our time, I almost missed my opportunity, lol. There are so many options to choose from (even more than shown the website); my advice is to plan ahead and add the herbal bath soak to your treatment! My husband remarked that the massage illuminated all the senses and the tuning fork was especially enjoyable. Alma puts her heart into her work and her healing energy transforms...

Era hotel ritual spa

The BEST, most unique and relaxing massage and facial I have ever experienced. Gouana (my provider) and Alma (my friends provider) truly made us feel like goddesses. We both had the moon goddess massage, mini facials and flower tub. From the moment we arrived they made us feel peaceful, providing a mud massage, with lots of aromas and techniques that will leaving feel so relaxed and renewed. The mini facial was mid massage followed by a shower then the flower tub. We were given fruits and nuts and lemon grass tea to complete the treatment. A one of a kind, not too miss experience...
