I had extremely bad expirience with this place.

I ordered pizza and my friend ordered alfajor, somehow the waiter was very strange and seems was not getting anything we say (I speak english and spanish both) and behaved really weird, told us about some promotions which they didn’t have in the end and decided that we both want to have alfajores, while I asked her advice about pizza and we discussed it for few minutes and I finished ordering one. one hour later I asked how long it takes to cook the pizza and they were really suprprised, I continued waiting and the waiter said - ‘isn’t it enough for you that I already said sorry’ and didn’t want to do anything. I was really hungry. 10 minutes later they finally brought pizza which was raw and not well cooked. I asked to give me a free drink for this, but they were not up to any of that and another waiter offered us a discount 10% for the inconviniese, but when the bill arrived there was no discount and two alfajores instead of one and the waiter that offered a discount said that it already finished 😅 to say I was upset - is nothing, I was really disappointed. in the very end the manager came and tried to help us, which was really nice of her, but two hours later I’ve realized I got a food posoning with diarrea and vomiting all the night…

If you look at the 1 star ratings there are several complaints like my own— my bf left a review because we went to get coffee. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to pay for it bc I wanted to drink it and leave. 5 or so minutes later my bf asked about the coffee and the waitress said she didn’t have the order! When my bf complained that we had been waiting, instead of apologizing for the order slipping through the cracks, they came with our money and said “here’s your money if you don’t want to wait”. And the response to my bf’s review said we were rude! And that I was “screaming about how desperate I was for coffee”? We were frustrated by the fact that we were waiting without the order being placed, and instead of apologizing, and making the coffee, your staff basically kicked us out. Apparently there’s a history of just cancelling people’s orders because they express concern. That’s so strange. It’s also strange because I’ve been there several times before, and I don’t think that’s how any customer, let alone a returning customer,...

The 2 good major points are the beautiful terrace setup with tulum style and Latina music in the background at good sound level; and the food presentation is beautiful.

Everything else I didn't like much. The food portion is normal. The drinks portion are small and are not so good. About taste and combination, everyone who understands the expression, trying to reinvent the wheel too much. When combination work, it can be interesting, but in this case, I didn't like it at all, too much of some ingredients as mayona and Marinade, etc... Also, have incoherent confusion in the menu, such as drink with alcohol mixed with no alcohol drinks in same space, not any indication that is alcoholic choice or not. They also refuse to not charged them even if we not touch it. Also, not big thing, but it look like they don't know where they can charge more, so they even charge more for the little box you take for takeout food. Everything is expensive for...
