Most amazing spa day I have ever had and I’ve been to many in the states! If you are debating if you should go or not you definitely should! From the moment you walk in your are greeted and then guided throughout your time there. You have almost like a personal concierge within the spa area, mine was Ena and she was delightful. She guided me with a steam room and scrub, sauna, and cold plunge followed by a hot tub. She served different juices and aloe water and then set up every thing I would need to relax by the pool and even dried my swimsuit for me after I was done. I had a facial with Javi and he was fantastic. The treatments are done in stand alone treatment rooms within the jungle that almost look like mini houses. I’ve never seen anything like it especially in a spa setting. Javi took lots of time to learn about my skin and goals and then gave an incredible facial. After I had lunch already set up for me by the pool and was able to eat and relax before heading out. All the staff was incredibly attentive and I can’t wait to come back one day. Their reservation system is a mess... I called three times to book spa treatments for my parents and myself and I got a confirmation from one of their staffs on the phone. I provided them with my email address cause they said they would send me a confirmation. However, when I showed up at the appointment time, they told me that they didn't have my reservation and there was no confirmation email sent. I even showed them my phone call record but they just apologized that they didn't get my reservation and the spots had already been taken by...

Beautiful spa with full amenities. Different shades of sugar scrubs with grapefruit oils or honey. Ginormous rain fall shower that hits you from all sides, cool plunge pools, hot tubs, and showers with beautifully done private Jungle scenery. Highly recommend the Lomi Lomi.
