Let me start by saying this has been the best food experiences in Mexico! The level of service is beyond. The entire staff is so welcoming and attentive. Our family of three enjoyed three days of amazing breakfast and dinner! The hostess Flor, always first to open the door and welcome us. Our waiter Alberto was attentive to our table and made sure we were always content with our meals. The manager Enrique, checked in on us, making sure service was up to par. Chef Rudy, Sandra and Hilario gave us an amazing showcase of Mexican/International (breakfast) and Asian Cuisine (dinner). We loved every meal, and definitely recommend Cocina Milagro. This was an experience we’ll never forget. So glad we chose Andaz Mayakoba and Cocina Milagro!

Great food and a nice outdoor space. The staff was friendly and helpful, if a bit rushed during the busiest times during the morning rush. I thoroughly enjoyed my choices each of the three days. The food was presented beautifully. Try and get there early if you want a spot outdoors, although indoors is open even in Covid times. Great breakfast!!

One of the best breakfasts! Great variety of fruits, main dishes and juices. Chef Omar was very attentive and even made off menu items per our request. Waiters and rest of the staff are also very helpful and always made sure we had great experience.

It was seamless getting a reservation for dinner at 8:30pm and we found out why as we arrived and found it was about 10% occupied. The QR code based menu was sparse and the descriptions of the dishes were very vague : (“internationally inspired ingredients”) The service was very slow, which is fine since we are on vacation. Though my wife and I ordered completely different dishes we were served a similar style Ramen meal. The food was bland at best and each of our meat options were cooked well beyond the threshold of being tolerated. The entrees left us both unimpressed for our $25 noodles, albeit a bargain at the restaurant. Their self proclaimed excellent margarita was a stemless small wineglass of water and ice. There may have been tequila, but it wasn’t detectable. Choose...

We dined for our first breakfast at Andaz and we were left a bit confused. Some waitstaff were amazing, others slow. Nobody explained the process to us. I walked the buffet and thought everything looked meh, so I opted to order an an omelette off the menu. It was mediocre and none of the ingredients I added were really cooked (it was like an egg burrito with cold shreds of spinach, veggies and cold shredded cheese). I still got charged with the $38 usd buffett. After that I ate some chips and mexican beef stew which was tasty, so tomorrow, I will focus on that. It appears the breakfast a la carte menu for here and Tinta are the same. We came around 10am and I wondered if getting here...
