It was seamless getting a reservation for dinner at 8:30pm and we found out why as we arrived and found it was about 10% occupied. The QR code based menu was sparse and the descriptions of the dishes were very vague : (“internationally inspired ingredients”) The service was very slow, which is fine since we are on vacation. Though my wife and I ordered completely different dishes we were served a similar style Ramen meal. Read moreLet me start by saying this has been the best food experiences in Mexico! The level of service is beyond. The entire staff is so welcoming and attentive. Our family of three enjoyed three days of amazing breakfast and dinner! The hostess Flor, always first to open the door and welcome us. Our waiter Alberto was attentive to our table and made sure we were always content with our meals. The manager Enrique, checked in on us, making sure service was up to par. This was an experience we’ll never forget. So glad we chose Andaz Mayakoba and...

It was mediocre and none of the ingredients I added were really cooked (it was like an egg burrito with cold shreds of spinach, veggies and cold shredded cheese). I still got charged with the $38 usd buffett. After that I ate some chips and mexican beef stew which was tasty, so tomorrow, I will focus on that. It appears the breakfast a la carte menu for here and Tinta are the same. We came around 10am and I wondered if getting here...
