Service Purchased: Premium Full Body Hair Removal Package This report details a highly unsatisfactory experience regarding laser hair removal services at this center. Upon booking the Premium Full Body Hair Removal Package, it was understood that this service would cover hair removal for the entire body. However, once naked in the treatment room, it became clear that the advertised "full body" package was misleading. We were informed that the package only covered four specific areas of the body, despite the deceptive marketing designed to attract attention. Despite this significant misrepresentation, we reluctantly proceeded with the service, selecting four areas for treatment. Regrettably, even for these chosen areas, the treatment was incomplete and ineffective. The technicians failed to adequately cover the designated areas.

Given the false advertising and the poor quality of the service provided, I strongly advise against using this center for laser hair removal. The discrepancy between the advertised service and the actual treatment received is unacceptable, and the quality of the partial treatment...
