I recently had the pleasure of taking a canal boat tour in Amsterdam, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Our guide, Bram, was exceptional in every way. His knowledge of the city's history, architecture, and culture was very impressive. The price was reasonable as well for 55€ for family of 4.

Bram’s warm and engaging personality made the tour even more enjoyable. He was attentive to everyone on board, ensuring we all had a great view and answering all our questions with enthusiasm. The boat itself was comfortable and offered stunning views of the beautiful canals, charming bridges, and iconic buildings.

One of the highlights was when Bram pointed out hidden gems and little-known facts about the city, which we would have missed without his expertise. His passion for Amsterdam was contagious, making the entire experience both educational and fun.

Our tour with the boat captain Bert in Amsterdam was simply unforgettable! Although we were initially late, we were able to reschedule the tour without any issues, which already set a great tone for the day. The half-hour wait was more than worth it. In the end, we were incredibly lucky to have a private boat tour with Bert. We had the boat, which was beautiful, well-maintained, and open, all to ourselves.

Bert tailored the tour specifically to our wishes and even took a special route for our six-year-old son. The highlight was definitely the stop at the zoo, where we could observe giraffes and elephants directly from the boat – a unique experience our son won’t forget anytime soon! But that wasn’t all: Bert impressed us with his extensive knowledge of Amsterdam. He shared many fascinating stories and brought the city’s rich history to life in a very engaging way.

Overall, the tour was a true highlight of our visit to Amsterdam. Bert amazed us with his friendliness, expertise, and flexibility. We highly recommend this tour and without hesitation, give it ten out...

WARNING! WARNING! We made a reservation with Viator to take an ecoboat tour on september 30 2019. When we arrived at the location, the owner told us that viator had no right advertising his tours and that our paid tickets were not valid even if everthing had been paid in full. This was the most outrageous thing i've ever heard, why would viator randomly chose to put their business on their web site (phone adress, email etc...) Any how, instead of calling Viator and sorting this out for us, he simply said we should call Viator to get a refund. Talk about bad customer service, do you want business or not. Of course when we called Viator they told us they had to call the owner who didn't answer the phone even if, a few minutes ago, he was right beside us. So now we no longer have the cash to do another boat ride as we are waiting for a refund that is dependant on the owner who isn't answering his phone!!! Book at your own risk as your money...
