The Chef replied with misleading reply, we took it from her around 11 am in the morning, and we celebrated with the cake immediately at work in our 12 afternoon lunch break, so all what she said is just a misleading words. I don't advice you to order from her, we had a discussion and she was very rude and not even a sorry, or to understand what went wrong with her cake, she talks to me with ego and opposition. Sorry but I have to do this at least the Pastry Chef Ines put better energy in her work next time for anyone orders. 1- The cake base was literally worse than the cake I made and it was a disaster, very blain, dry, and not fresh. 2- The vulling was hard, you barely feel it is chocolate or whatever the taste, it is disgusting. 3- The nuts used (Whatever it is Almonds, or peanuts, or hazelnuts), Old not fresh, then it is commercial nuts, not fine nuts that's worth the 100 euros cake, if she bought a bag of almonds from AH then roasted in the oven herself then crushed it in chunks it will be ways better. 4- The cream it tasted full of whipped cream type (normal plain creme chante I guess). 5- No vanilla taste, no chocolate taste, it is not a cake. It was a disaster cake.

Ines made our vegan wedding cake last summer. Everybody was so impressed by it, people couldn't believe it was vegan. So beautiful and incredibly delicious. Ines is very kind and professional. She is very easy, and fun to work with.

September 2025 Inmiddels weer terug geweest bij Inès, ze heeft de meest lekkere cupcakes gemaakt zonder boter, slagroom en geraffineerde suikers voor iemand met allergieën op onze bruiloft. Dus ook voor speciale wensen moet je bij Inès zijn. Alles smaakt heerlijk!!! Dikke aanrader mocht je taart, gebak of brownies nodig hebben.

Iedereen verdient een prachtige & overheerlijke bruidstaart van Inès. Wat hebben wij en onze gasten genoten van de smaakvolle taart, het was echt smullen. Onze reis naar de bruidstaart begon met een heerlijke proeverij bij Cheffi's Pastries en het duurde niet lang voordat wij al helemaal om waren. Onze keuze was niet alleen gebaseerd op de kwaliteit van de smaken maar zeker ook door de creativiteit, passie en liefde wat Inès naar ons overbracht. De communicatie verliep heel soepel waardoor het erg persoonlijk en vertrouwd aanvoelde. Onze dank is groot!
