Terrible customer service. I do t know what happened there but over the last 6 months or so I have come to feel like I'm in the way of every single employee. Not only that but I got accused of stealing by the manager because I picked an item without a barcode (I scanned another that did have the barcode). No question, no trying to understand. Just "this doesn't have a barcode so that means you didnt scan this". Training is needed there. Lots and lots of training. Shameful approach to customer service at this location. Please...

Klantvriendelijkheid is inderdaad ver te zoeken, bij de kassa eenmaal aangekomen waar tabak word verkocht, kassiere gevraagd waar mandjes bij dezelfde kassa kan worden neergelegd? Kassiere denk studente tussen 20 en 25 jaar oud en onverzorgd, Antwoord was: Dat moet je zelf bij de ingang terugbrengen, ook dit is slecht voor mijn rug, dien je zelf maar te regelen was het antwoord. Dit schoot bij mij in de verkeerde keelgat, mand voor dr mikkie gegooid en zoek het maar uit! want ik laat me als klant echt niet zo behandelen. Sterker nog heb het vaker zien gebeuren daar,en de manager hierop aangesproken zelfs ouderen ontvangen geen hulp of er worden klanten afgesnauwd! Manager wist hier niet zo goed op te antwoorden. Doe wat aan jullie klantvriendelijkheid en tevredenheid! Ik doe nog liever boodschappen bij de AH in de buurt daar kan ik spreken van top service!
