Boetiek Hotel de Kade Zaandam Amsterdam — Hotel in Zaanstad

Okay listen up…

If you’re in the area or plan on coming to Amsterdam I highly recommend this hotel. Now it is closer to 4.5 stars but the average really should be higher.

The good: Very comfortable beds Nice bathroom (small however) Very cozy “air bnb” feel to the room and building No reception is honestly a plus unless you have an issue Price is amazing to be honest Give you ear plugs which is very sweet

The bad: Emailed them didn’t respond Tried calling but couldn’t seem to do that either( first num I tried was some random persons and the other time I didn’t get to hear the call go out maybe that’s my carriers issue) Pretty dusty in there Room service should be daily and they were a day late which is a big deal cuz you might run out of something like body wash and not be able to wash your body u less you use the bar soap given which also could run out Location is nice but about 9 minutes to walk to the station

Metto una stella perché di meno non si può mettere, il nostro alloggio in questo hotel è stato un incubo! La stanza era sporche già dal nostro arrivo, la seconda notte ci siamo svegliate alle 4.00 perché un topo stava rovistando nelle nostre valige e zaini. Abbiamo contatto i proprietari e l’unica cosa che hanno fatto è stata spostarci di stanza il mattino seguente, dandoci una stanza con un letto infestato di cimici del letto, ora siamo piene di punture di cimici, e i proprietari non hanno nemmeno fatto disinfestare la prima stanza che abbiamo lasciato, sistemando solo il letto. Non consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel a nessuno se non volete rischiare malattie. Le condizioni igieniche peggiori che abbia mai riscontrato...
