I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Mike from leisure shed is an absolute top bloke, I think alot of other salesman out there (in all sectors) need to take a leaf outta Mikes book, from turning up to look at a caravan to buying it and leaving on the same day was something that just shouldn't of been able to happen but Mike and the crew in the workshop bent over backwards to get us out the gate in just a matter of hours! A couple very small issues we're found on arrival back home to the south island, that I'm confident would have been sorted by leisure shed if we had of been able to wait for the caravan to be tested and checked over, but one call and Mike had everything sorted, a diesel heater needed to be replaced which Mike promptly had one delivered of much, much better quality than what was already fitted to the caravan originally. If your looking at buying I highly recommend getting in touch with Mike and the team at leisure shed, you will be very well...

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through on resolving ongoing issues with my caravan. When I collected it, the staff were already aware of a broken window, yet nearly a year later the matter remains unresolved.

Throughout this time, I have had to constantly chase updates myself, sending multiple emails—many of which went unanswered—instead of the dealership managing the process proactively. This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standard I expected when choosing to purchase through a dealer rather than privately.

To make matters worse, I have had to carry out several additional repairs in a very short period, which has added significant frustration and unnecessary stress.

Given this experience, I will not be returning when it comes time to upgrade and cannot recommend this dealership based on the poor after-sales support and lack of accountability...

We had been looking for a small caravan for a long time. We spotted a Winton 10 at Leisure Shed but didn't think it viable because we live 7 hours away by car! However we gave them a ring on 15 March to have a chat and decided to bite the bullet and buy it sight unseen. Mike and his team then had to set to and get it ready for pick up on 27 March. And by golly, what a job they did! They threw in a new tow ball, installed a blue tooth stereo in the caravan, new shower head and generally made sure everything worked. We also had an electric brake controller attached to the drawbar. We left Auckland at about 4.30 and had our first experience towing our new baby through the nightmare that is Auckland traffic!
