Terrible experience today this evening. We were at the drive-thru waiting for a regular-size snack and an extra burger by itself. There were three cars behind us. After we paid at the counter, they told us to pick up the snack at the next window. 🙄A few minutes later, the first car behind us gone, then the second, and then the third. I was looking forward to this opening in our area, however I might find myself driving a bit further if I want a burger king taste. It seems that the crew is not properly trained yet (this is the second weekend since the opening). I appreciate that not everything is going round from the get go, but I would expect that the staff knows how a whopper is made. I had burgers with missing ingredients like cheese or onions . Food was extremely stale. This has happened multiple times at this particular Burger King. I would avoid it at all costs. Getting a refund for my abomination of a meal is proving difficult. Bad customer service on the staffs part, the manager I dealt with was rude also. Poorly run business taking advantage of the fact they operate via drive thru and Uber eats which enables them to be slack with their practices.
