Terrible experience today this evening. We were at the drive-thru waiting for a regular-size snack and an extra burger by itself. There were three cars behind us. After we paid at the counter, they told us to pick up the snack at the next window. 🙄A few minutes later, the first car behind us gone, then the second, and then the third. It seems that the crew is not properly trained yet (this is the second weekend since the opening). Bad customer service on the staffs part, the manager I dealt with was rude also.
