Useless. Placed an order in January and found an item missing out of my order, no reason as to why, so I had to chase it up. Turns out they didn't stock this 'in stock' item and it would be a month away. So I called a month later only to be told it would be another month! This time I gave then over a month and called again. Still nothing, so they said they would air freight one from Australia and it would take another week, long story short it was over 4 months and I still got no where. So I cut my losses and asked for a refund. I feel like they are just a satalite store and their in stock items are in stock somewhere around the world and they have no idea when or if they will ever turn up and just cross their fingers and hope for the best. They ring later that day to say "actually it's not longer available, we'll refund you". I email Friday 25th Oct for an update on refund. No response. Email again Wed 30th Oct for a refund update. They finally reply Thurs 31th Oct "sorry we'll refund now". Receive refund on Friday 1st Nov. Terribly slow customer service. They really don't seem to care. 2 stars because they eventually refunded. I was dealt with by Jordan and he had to refer to his team mates to be able to answer my slightly pedantic questions. At all times I was treated as a valuable customer. The service was great and I highly recommend them to others....
