Flavour Fuel (Burger, Kebabs and Fried Chicken) — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

Made a phone order today, was told 20-25mins the order will be ready. Arrived to the shop around that time frame, was then told by the worker it'll be another 10mins. I'm thinking ok cool only 10mins give them some lee way.

Ended up waiting and extra almost 25mins so all up took about 45mins for them to prepare my order. I was the only customer instore at the time, there were no uber eats drivers coming in to collect orders either.

Really poor service.

Raised my concerns with the worker before I left, got the standard sorry brother.

Arrived home, the chips were half cooked soggy. The fried chicken burger , the chicken was overcooked in the deep fryer and tasted plasticly.

I recently had a very bad experience with flavour fuel. I was doing Uber eats last night and I pick two orders from here. He didn't give us complete order. When I reached to the customers they were like we also ordered drinks and pizza but they didn't have us that after that I called them thrice but they didn't answer the call they cut the call when I explained him that why didn't you gave use complete order. In future I am not going to pick any Uber order from your shop. You guys doesn't even know what the customer...
