Outstanding Stay at Grange Road Motel! Highly Recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Grange Road Motel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made our stay truly memorable. The motel itself is impeccably clean and tidy, providing a welcoming environment that feels like home.

A special shout-out to great man Anthony, Shirley and the fantastic cleaning staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our nearly year-long stay. With a super large family, we often needed extra support, and they were always there to help. They were always bringing snacks for the kids or making sure our rooms were spotless with fresh towels and linens, their kindness and attentiveness were unparalleled.

The location of the motel is perfect— nice & quiet, close to the airport & central to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. The genuine care we received is something we’ve never experienced in other motels or hotels. They always checked in on us, making sure we were doing okay, which truly made us feel valued as guests.

As we wrap up our time here, we are filled with gratitude for the friendships we've formed with the staff especially Anthony & Shirley. Although there was one Female manager who was relatively nice and helpful, the three bedroom house that me and my family were put in that was paid for by work and income, was not up to clean hotel hygienic standards that you would expect as a worker at a hotel or a guest staying at a hotel.

The floors had not been mopped and were dirty to the point where I would wear slippers because my socks or feet would go black because of it, the bathroom had mould in the shower and a huge brown stain in the bathtub. Also the windowsills had not been wiped and there was cobwebs in the toilets not to mention cockroaches in the rooms, blankets and bugs.

Had arranged to stay at this place because of our neighbours puppies giving us a flea infestation due to breach of contract with pets and lack of enforcement from property management to get them removed, but this place turned out to be worse and revolting enough that we only stayed as long we could stand it which turned out to be only five days because of having to wait for the fumes from the fumigation that...

well first off the people were friendly and the service was great , but the more you stay there the lack of assistance you get . been there for 2 months & the problem was about the sheets and blankets , they would complain about how many times we would give them the sheets and blankets to wash. ||Ants was another problem , all over the wall to the kitchen table. ||The bed was uncomfortable it was to single beds stuck together. FLeas were also a big problem which my daughter was unsettled because of the bites , i complained to the reception & said they will do something about it but they didnt.||The other thing which was weird the landlord turn off our aircon which we did not know about. The maintance was good lovely ladies but the rooms were never cleaned , sometimes we will come back and the rooms werent done.
