Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! I ordered pizza online at 5.29 pm, I received a text at 5.42 pm to say my order was on the way. I waited but they never showed up and the app said they had delivered it. I rang the store 4 times before going there, to find out it had been returned by some lady and was in the warming draw, the guy pulled it out and it looked like someone had already opened the garlic bread. I told him that I had rung and he then questioned me about the number I used and had to prove that I had rung a number of times, he made me feel like I was lying and was giving me the third degree. They tried to make out they were about to ring me, but this was nearly an hour after my order had been made/returned. I requested my money back as I didn't know who had been opening my order or touching it. Not once did they apologies, all he said was "I don't know how this happened." They made me feel like I had caused...

Low quality and sub standard pizza.. every time the experience at Pizza hut is disappointing.. The bread is stale... no cheese.. rotten meat... poor quality vegetables... And moreover the pizza is cut very very disproportionately..

Not to forget the garlic bread.. it is full of oil.. without any garlic.. very very stale.. cold and not palatable at all.

The packaging is a mess in itself.

Highly highly disappointing!! Even though they are trying to offer a competitive price... but only by compromising the quality of food..

Not recommended to anyone!!

Anyhow other places are not very good either but still... The quality of pizza hut is disgusting... everytime... without any...

Firstly am disgusted in the service given back..Customer sevice is very poor,..so i am not going to give Pizza Hut any stars to be honest. When a customer has called and make an order to pick up,after traveling from a far distant, to be told by the cashier sorry i gave your order to someone else? Wt? Really? Are you serious? I order for my grand children, and we get there the Stupid Cashier gives our oder to some one else? Then says i can re order ms? Seriously Pizza Hut i wont be ordering from ever again...Need to train or up grade better people who knows their job description properly..Otahuhu staff needs to up lift your customer service...
