Super disappointed in our gel nails! We absolutely loved them at the salon, but after my sister and I both ended up with one nail each snapping within less than a week and a half, we won’t be coming back here or recommending this nail salon to anyone else. Upon contacting the business to organise a partial refund and advising that we were now out of town and couldn’t simply pop back to have it fixed, an appropriate gesture would have been to cover the cost of having our nails fixed where we are now. Sad to see the standard of quality of nail salons in the area drop, as I am used to having gel nails with extensions last at least 3-4 weeks (even when I worked as an in home carer). Disappointing as this nail salon was recommended by a friend, we certainly won’t be back again. My other sisters $5 Kmart press-ons last longer than this...

-was seated beneath the clearly mould infested ceiling and shopfront wall that they don't care to fix -uninterested staff -pre soak was too short before starting and no additives to water -dead skin/calus smoothing was no where near enough and no fine grit filing wasxused after using cheese grater type tool, feet are still cracked and rough and have caluses. -foot massage was non existant, and i dont need you to rub by legs for half the treatment -toenail trimming not done well enough -awkard and rushed and left unsatisfied, will never return. Will try find a different place who have staff who know what...
