Although the fish and chips here are usually great please be careful!! They have purposely overcharged me multiple times. The first few times I was confused why the price was more than expected but didn't bother to investigate further. Last time I went in it was A LOT more expensive than I thought it would be, so I asked for a receipt, you should've seen the look on the guy's face he was basically shaking in his boots at this point!! He charged me for 3 scoops of chips when I only ordered 1, oh he said it was just a mistake, but my order was already ready sitting there waiting, only 1 scoop was prepared. So I would highly suggest if you are going in here to get a receipt so they don't try to pull a fast one on you!! Disgusting, especially considering my family has been coming here...

Reallly is Great Fish and Chips.. Definitely in Top 3 Alll Rounder in Chch for us. Did have a Fail tonight tho.. The B.B.C (crumbed Beef bacon & cheese pattie).. Ohhh Sorry.. a Piddly arse pattie with Half a slice of Processed Ham.. Glued Together with Fake Processed Cheese. Kinda Not what we were expecting. We thort we were getting a beef Pattie with bacon n cheese throughout/mixed within & crumbed.. umm Ps.. Your Crumb.. Fail too.. Came Away from the pattie like a Shell?! Yeahh...Wasnt good.. Bt the Fish n Spring roll & Chips were Yummmo As Always 😋😋😋😋 Definitely be back.. Just Not...

Unfortunately this evening you allowed multiple people inside without masks on in close proximity to us. My partner has compromised immunity. Until such time as we can get back to normal, everyone needs to be wearing a mask in an enclosed space. None of your staff did anything or said anything to the 4-5 people who came in without masks. You were all wearing masks behind the counter yet you were oblivious to the people without masks who you allowed into the premises. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to this. Won’t be back...
