The worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Never ever order food from this place. My partner and I went in to order snack boxes, he knew they were good and ordered exactly that. The guy working there was rude as, it was very clear he didn't want us in there. We waited for the food and then once he yelled out to us, he handed us two chicken pockets. My partner told him we didn't order this and the guy insisted that we did and then pushed him out of the shop and slammed and locked the shop door so he could go on his break. My partner then approached him at his car and told him this wasn't what we ordered (very politely) and he just completely waved him off 3 times and made it very clear he didn't care nor was going to do anything about it. My partner came in tonight to pick me up some dinner. Past experiences with you guys is usually amazing. However, he was met with extremely rude and horrible service. I understand that you didn't have lamb available, but you TOLD him he would be given chicken, but I now have some pretty terrible beef (I think). I also wanted tzatziki sauce, but I was given aoli? I don't eat aoli. Tried to eat it anyway but the meal really isn't very good. Apparently when my partner asked for tzatziki, he was told no,it will be too soggy.

Extremely underwhelming. I ordered two Shawarma meals online. One chicken and one beef with chips. I drove down to collect and thought I would order 2 x flat whites to take away and was told I couldn't. I then waited quite a while, listening to one man firing orders at his staff. Upon returning home I discovered I had been given 2 x beef meals and no chicken. Perhaps if the man at the till wasn't yelling in all directions, or the staff may have a better chance of getting the orders correct. I am local but wont be returning as the service was lacking and the meals...
