Read moreMy mom had come in earlier today to do her weekly grocery shopping. She visits the store quite regularly to pick up the necessities. She went to the counter to pay for her items and asked the check out girl if she or someone could help her take the heavy rice bag off the shelf. Politely explaining to the checkout girl that she had just injured her back quite recently. The check out girl blankly stared at my mom and told her to take the trolley and do it herself. She continued to yell at him and I could hear her still when I was down the another aisle and on my way out. Sort her out. Her behaviour is disgusting and next time I wont be afraid to tell her to stop bullying people. While your at it, maybe inform her how it's not professional to use her phone and have earphones in while...
