Burger King Ward Street — Restaurant in Hamilton

Really bad customer service, me and my husband went out to spend some time together and then decide to have some drinks and burger from Burger king.

But, when I went there, I felt that I should go to the toilet first and then order my snacks. I went to a man sitting behind the counter and ask him where is the toilets here. I was in my work uniform, he said your company does not have a toilets, then I replied to him, at this time I am your customer not the employee of this company.

Then suddenly he gets up and said what you want to order. Then I replied, I want to use toilet first before I order anything.

But, I was really frustrated with this conversation, I went to my husband who was sitting behind and I told him the behavior of that annoying man. Then me and my husband decide to leave without using their toilets and without having anything from Burger King (Ward street).

Then me and my husband decide to go somewhere else without spoiling our personal time. Then we decide to try burger from Eat burger which is on Victoria street we have never tried them before but now we realise that they guys are much much better then burger king in terms of services and the quality of burger they provide.

Tried to place an order on 2 kiosk machines and trying to order a triple whopper with cheese on both there was a clear glitch, we tried to figure it out and we couldn't. Eventually we went to order up the front and got told to go order at the kiosk, we explained the glitch on 2 machines and we got told to be "patient" with the machine. We tried showing her the glitch yet she kept raising her voice so the whole restaurant could hear, we asked her to stop raising her voice and show us how to fix the glitch. She had a look, saw the glitch didn't do anything about it and got annoyed and said "okay order up here" with the worst attitude. We told her the way she was speaking to us was not okay and we ended up leaving. We were very much patient with the kiosk and used 2, asked for help and where talked to like we where absolutely stupid or something. Not going back here...

While I try not to eat fast food I've always loved me some BK and would very occasionally get it as a treat and a comfort.

The other day I stopped here for dinner for this reason. First time having bk in about 6 months, so I was excited.

The food was pre-made and giving to me within 3 seconds of me ordering it. Which Would be great except that it was cold. It was so horrifically bad that I could not eat it and literally threw the cold burgers filled with brown bits of lettuce that needed to get composted not used in food. I genuinely think the burgers might have been pre-made a day or even more before.

It was the best experience ever as this horrific experience has shaken me from my love of this fast food company and I will never slump to getting this rubbish again.
