King of Skewers Hotpot 签王 串串香火锅 Hamilton — Restaurant in Hamilton

So very mixed review Firstly they forgot my rice side dish which seems small but left me with just meat and nothing to accompany it with .

Secondly they sent me some mystery meat that I'm assuming was beef tendon that I'm almost certain wasn't the " tender beef" I ordered.

Aside from this presentation and the overall way it was executed for delivery was really well done.

Also the tomatoe broth is like 80 percent chillis even if you order spice level one . Like it's as hot as if you order Indian food and ask for it extra hot so skip that if it ain't your thing . I got half and half and they sent me two large containers so just didn't use that one .

For delivery they sent out some containers that you can heat it up in some stands for them and some chemical burner things I'll show in picture .

The let downs of the burner and set up was there is no instructions included on how to use it etc. So I'll give you some hints . The burners get rather hot and may damage the surface you have them on so I would suggest sitting them on something like a chopping board possibly. They are a little fumey and gave me a slight head ache I think before I thought to open some windows and doors .

Also there is no Instructions on how to extinguish these once you are done 'i used a metal pot lid and held it over it for 20 odd seconds though could probably use a bowl or something.

Finally this one's for the store alongside with some instructions "even if it is a link to a video guide" I think you should add on Uber etc somewhere that it comes with the burner etc provided also if you have provided all these burners and stands and stuff I'd suggest maybe some cheap flip match boxs for the random person who doesn't...

Really had a bad and worst experience there yesterday.. me and my partner went there for our special date at 8.45 and we wait for table like 10 mins because it was not clean. Then after we sat on firty table and after do much time girl clean it. Meanwhile we platted our food and wait for like 40mins on the table qnd when we ask to girl she said it will take only 8mins but 20 mins passed but nobody bothered. worst worst worst experience this restaurant was one of my favourite and after that we just left and we didnt eat anything because all restaurants get closed at 09:30.. i just wanted to tell you guys if someone come to your restaurants they come with lots of expectations. please take care of them it was really really embarassing because girls were just doing the cleaning the tables and collecting the dirty dishes.....

We had a horrific experience. They said they were still open at 9pm when we popped in on the chance they were still open. We didn’t know what we were doing. Level 1 spicy was like 10/10 spicy broth with at least 30 chillies. We took a bowl of mushrooms , a bowl of greens and about 6 prawns. They started packing up the skewers before we had a chance to add any skewers for which we were grateful as in the end we payed $52.00 to have very very hot lips and left hungry as soon as we could ; as we struggled to eat the really hot food, broth was inedible; they continued to pack up the shop around us. Never again. Sorry...
