Also, if you're selling roast pork that is topped with crispy crackling, as much as you charge for the roast pork, you can afford to let people have the crackling on top of what they're getting. The lamb tasted like mutton and seemed stale and dry. Peas and carrots not seasoned and very bland along with the gravy. Kumara tasted days old, same with the pumpkin. Gravy was too thick and semi coagulated whilst hot. This is definitely the worst roast meal I have ever had. I travel a bit around NZ and have my favourite roast shops in each town that has them…. Ricks Roast is now the best roast I’ve ever tasted.
