I called them on Sunday for eggless pastries for pick up on Tuesday evening (there was a guy who confirmed the order and took our name and phone number). On Tuesday when i called them to pick up our order, a lady answers the phone and said delivery hasn’t come and they can’t fulfil our order (store never called us or inform us about delivery or canceling our order). When i asked them that why you didn’t inform us that our order is not ready or cant fulfil. They said that they forgot about our order. When i mention her that it was for my wedding anniversary and my occasion was ruined because of this , she simply said that “you never told us about the occasion”. I didn’t order any cake or pastries from anywhere else because i was expecting the pastries from Shivani Hamilton restaurant. They were trying to justify themselves by telling us that we didn’t mention the occasion or told them how important the order is. If we order anything from any shop, its not important to tell them that why are ordering, the important part is that, what we are ordering and when do we need it. When we went to their place on Wednesday instead of feeling his mistake, he was showing attitude and was not feeling sorry for ruining are celebration. Only that lady was...

This used to be a favorite for sweets and chaats, but of late it has been very poor. We ordered a big pack of pakoras for a famy event- they came dry and like little bits of rock, which totally ruined the experience we were hoping to share with guests. What is disappointing is that any such feedback is not taken in the right spirit - the lady at the counter simply said no refund (when I dint even ask for one).. it would really help if you could just listen to experiences rather than dismissing them.

Useless service! The lady did this second time with us. Messed up our order. We ordered for four spinach pakoras and got two! Paid for four! Lol last time too we ordered for four samosas and received two! But we ignored it last time. This time again the same lady same mistake.! And when we called her, she is saying it happens when we are BUSY? Are you serious? Women if you can’t handle the busy hour better stay home! Do not ruin other people’s plans!
