Singdah used to be a hot spot for our family but lately it's been quite a disappointment!!! Tonight we order $100+ worth of food. In our order we ordered "Egg fried rice" what we got was fried rice with mixed vegetables without the egg!!! Their was not a bit of egg in site!!! It was very tasteless. I get the prices in food has gone up but that is not for us customers to suffer for we should get what we paid for period!!! Mussels cost $2.20 each so for 10 that comes upto $22.00 ten rubbery tasteless mussels. Huge disappointment and what i feel was a waste of our money. Sing-Dar Takeaways is the local "fish and chipper" and Asian cuisine in Melville area. For me, the place ticks all the boxes! The food is well cooked, full of flavour, plenty of variety with an Asian menu and well presented. Everything is wrapped individually to keep the flavours in and the chips still crisp! Great menu to choose from and packs available from $8-9? Ordering is avai online, phone and in person. They also do large catering for the workplace or functions. Best to pre order if possible, because they can get very busy during the dinner rush.
