I was told I would receive a follow-up call the next day with test results —but no one has contacted me. I left my contact details, including my email address, with the salon. It has now been over a week with no communication, no updates, and no explanation as to what happened to the hair that was taken for testing. This lack of follow-through and disregard for basic communication is completely unprofessional.

It is extremely concerning that a sample of my hair was cut for testing, yet no feedback or results were ever provided. How is it possible to take a physical sample from someone and not follow up with any explanation or update? It feels careless and disrespectful. Clients should not have to chase down salons for basic communication.

Thankfully, I have since met with another stylist who treated me with professionalism, care, and kindness, offering clear, detailed explanations and some options without any pressure. Most notably, they were able to offer guidance without insisting on cutting my hair.

This was, without question, one of the most uncomfortable salon experiences I’ve had.

Throughout the past 3 years, I visited 3 5-star rated hair stylists who all butchered my hair. It’s hard to find a good stylist.

After finding hair and co I decided I’d give them a try, within the first 10 minutes I felt a difference to any other salon. Welcoming, in depth consultation and not rushed what so ever.

I told Dana my vision and she understood straight away and did exactly that. I was blown away at her service and work. Just brilliant. She managed to get rid of orange tones in my hair and finally I feel like myself again with this colour. 10/10 work, fabulous salon, outstanding customer service. I will forever go to this salon and tell everyone I know to start going to this gem of a place.
