Had an awesome experience at Music Planet Wairau! I went in to buy my first electric guitar and Darin was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He patiently explained everything from the guitar and amp options to accessories like the tuner, stand, and jack. He even gave me a discount on some of the other items I bought, which was a really nice surprise!

What I appreciated most was how comfortable he made me feel while trying out different guitars, no pressure at all. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help you find the right gear.

Jacob was amazing. I called and asked to see if there was a DT Whammy or the Pitch Fork and he managed to get the Pitch in a day. Went there, got it... allowed me to test it. Allowed me to use the good stuff during the test. Pedal worked, purchased it and end of story. Second time been to Music Planet and it was amazing....
