I just bought a gas hob from Fotile last weekend via their WeChat customer service. Today they delivered the gas hob and my gas installer told me this is not the correct gas hob because it’s designed for natural gas, not LPG. Fotile would not let me return this for full price. It is completely unused and my installer just cut open the box. They wanted to charge 10% if I want a refund and refused to replace it with a new LPG version. They told me because the box is open they can only replace it with an old one, they can source one for me. So please be aware when you buy from them. I called Consumer Protection and Consumer Protection informed me this is unfit for purpose and they should have asked if my house uses natural gas or LPG, which they did not. Need a new rangehood to replace my old Smeg one. A few of my friends suggested to use Chinese brand as the suction is large enough, and I decided the FOTILE brand after comparing with some other brands. I am immpressed the appearance of those products when I arrived in the store, they are stylish and appearance high-end. Allan was really helpful for selecting the right model. Also, introduced the installer who came on site to install the machine on the same day. Due to the outlet of the old range hood was too low, finally substitute and installed correctly with a model of the side suction one. The result is perfect and very happy. Thanks guys! A great little store stocking kitchen appliances such as range hoods, hobs and ovens. A lot of cookware such as pots, pans and utensils. If you are into Asian style cooking, this place deserves a visit. Update: We have a small kitchen. We opted for the the smaller 60cm range hood and the 60cm gas hob, and oven.
