Having been a customer for 20 plus years, I have to say the service has gone down significantly and the quality of the sweets is not as it once was. I've sent an email directly to their customer services - no reply. The young lady who served me on multiple occasions was always unfriendly, kept me waiting even though she wasn't busy -it appeared the last thing she wanted to do was serve customers! On one occasion the sweets were stale when I had it later. I now don't bother going there. Thankfully there are many more options in Auckland now. In response from the owner below - I sent the email from your website "send us an email" so I suggest you look there. This was months ago. Re the stale sweets - I ate it an hour after I bought it when I went back to the office so I think I know what "stale" means. I used to go there most Monday's for lunch and I'd get there just before 12pm so please check your rosters. I ordered some sweets from the Auckland Indian Sweets and Snacks shop. It was an online order that arrived in South Island. The quality of the sweets was really bad. Sweets tasted stale and old. This is the second time i have ordered from this shop but i can see the difference from my first order. My first order was really good and everything was so perfect but this time i am really disappointed with the quality.
