EAT NOW KITCHEN POLYNESIAN KAI &DESSERTS — Local services in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Saw a Facebook advertisement which lead me to the store.. hold no regrets because food was amazing. However service was anything but. Needed to double check in our order a couple times as young girl on register may have been just starting out. Which was understandable. But to continuously be revisited about our order did become quite annoying. Were told they didn’t have specific items on menu, then told again that they did.

Summary of our experience was ordering a few burger combos, steak on chips + an island plate (which to my own mistake should have been checked by myself but I didn’t) as waiter had brought out first steak on chips. Than followed by burgers & than had told me that order was completed. After needing me to go back in store to make my drink selection as I did order combos for burgers but it wasn’t bought out with entire order.

5mins away from home. Realised our charging price was too much for the order items just received. Reason being that we weren’t given our island plate. (Or it hadn’t been noted down/made) however didn’t feel like driving all the way back as service was already quite disappointing so left it as is.

** not a hate review. Just be mindful to check your orders before leaving restaurant as you could likely have the same problem...

Don’t recommend. They don’t seem passionate about their shop. I went to there shop twice but searched there opening times before going it said open both times but both times I went they were close. Ubered off them last week 1 hour went by & I got a call from uber saying they just got to the shop & starting on my order now I was so mad. Got a 2nd call back said they were out of stock for an item so had to replace it with somthing else. Also for the 2 taco packs I got they didn’t give any sauce with it but every other taco shop Ive been to gives a little tub with the sauce juice in it. So I eat it very dry & crunchy was very mad about it especially waiting almost 2hours...

My first time to know about this place was last year November I when to buy some otai from the Tongan takeaway in otahuhu I forgot what it's called and I see the sign outside Eat Now Kitchen and the first thing that catch my eyes was the Dubai Chocolate. I been dying to taste it and I'm so happy I give it a try without question myself and my 2 sister so we wen and bought one and omg it was so worth the money. $20 for a huge Dubai chocolate and also try their Biscoff Chocolate so yum 😋

Will go there again but wish u guys can open a store here at...
