Supercity Halal Meats — Local services in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

I am a frequent customer of supercity halal but after today I have decided not to buy from them again. The guy who cuts the meat has attitude problem, when i asked foe biriyani pieces he cut it way toi big dont have the courtesy to even ask the customer if that is what they want and later when i asked him to cut halves of those pieces he clearly showed his digust complaining that i should have asked for curry pieces, usually curry pieces are even smaller and then when I asked if they can separate the portions to two as I was buying for two different people. The lady at the counter came running very rudely admonishing us for asking two bags as though it was a cardinal sin I don't mind not giving it in two portions but the way they treated us from the beginning left a bad taste when I tried to calm the situation by have a smile in my face all the while they dint bother to be kind at all. The worst was when their disgusting behavior to the elders that were working. The lady at the counter shouldn't work at customer service at all.

My case and point is that you don't have proper customer service trying to escape with blame. It doesn't matter to what I know or not as a business you should be mindfull of you behavior towards the customer sadly you lost one and your remark of we know who I am as though it should send me a warning. I want you to know who I was that's why I detailed everything. I put this in public so people see the kind of service you provide. I did not stop you from cutting you are blatantly lying, what do you mean by walked away from cutter i was there from beginning its not like i went next door, I did react it to be big but waited for you to finish. Its because I was patient I dint make a fuss on site. Better learn from mistake than justify it, it's no loss for me.

I find that there is no point reasoning with liars, somehow disagreeing with your opinion in your dictionary means being verbally negative. for the readers you can clearly see in their reply thier malicious nature as Allah(SWT) as my witness i did not Yell or raise my voice at them nor did i leave the cutting station. They took their sweet time dealing with other customers while i was waiting for them to start cutting i browsed their selection buy some more but as soon as they started cutting i directed my attention to the station and when I requested for seperate portion the lady from counter came yelling about the bags so i said i will pay for the bags if need be and they stated the government order which was fair so i requested the bag of meat which the other person was trying to untie and my words exactly " if its tied up then you dont have worry about it its okay" how is this a riot or verbal negativity. This person who is replying to me has to fear Allah for the sake justification they are Slandering me and my Character. i have done many review over the years and this was the first time i have come accross such vile bussiness who cares less about people.

If you are wanting a genuine family butcher in your local area, you would wish that this place is near you. The meat they sell is absolutely incredible, free, clean and juciy selection from chicken, beef, Sausages, you name it they probably got it (except for pork). I am not Muslim so I never thought halal meat would taste different from supermarket but was wrong. The quality of meat is unfathomable compared to the supermarket meat.
