Sensational Chicken / NZ Kebabs Otahuhu — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Ordered with them twice on uber eats and once at the store as i thought maybe it was a one off bad experience. Unfortunately all 3 times were a let down. Staff are super slow and some are rude. First time my meal arrived, they had packed the bowl sideways so half of it was spilt in the bag by the time i got it so my husband ended up having to drive there and re-order... they also got the order wrong after specifically stating in notes section both times. Also asked for chicken salt with the chips in the notes sections, but when they arrived they were plain and they also packed the wrong drinks.. Which tells me they either dont read the notes or just not bothered. Last time we were in store the guys were taking their time with everyones order but as soon as the boss walked in they started rushing. Food is okay but unfortunately service lets them down. I've never had an issue here, I've been coming since they opened this particular branch as it's closer than mount street branch. I love their food and I enjoy dealing with their staff. Many of the bad reviews would probably be natural occurances and an unempathetic individual who doesn't understand everyone goes through rough days when working. I think the negative reviews SHOULD be overlooked as the vast majority of reviews are positive regarding this store!

Look no further, sensational chicken is genuinely the best chicken in Auckland and they've recently upgraded their chips and it just added to the already great dining and taste experience. I look forward to my next feast here!
