First time I've ever booked any kind of pest control service. Requested a quote online, it was straight forward and easy. I really appreciated how the quote stipulated exact areas of the household which would be treated. Maree was great with arranging a suitable time for my family and answering all the questions I had. Communication is great, preparation guidelines are short, simple, and easy to understand. Stuart was absolutely amazing, he walked through our home, explained the whole process of the service and overall just put our nerves at ease. We arrived home, to find a note advising of when we can enter our home with instructions on what to do when we enter. Even though this is included in the prep guideline it's a great reminder and much appreciated. Very professional and you will not be disappointed....

After a heavy downpour, they promptly scheduled a free re-treatment upon my request to ensure the initial treatment's effectiveness. They also followed up with a treatment for our conservatory, which was done with the same level of care and professionalism.

Quick and excellent communication from the start! I got pest control for ants in the house. I was given thorough instructions on how to prepare the house and what to do afterwards. Hope (I believe that was his name) was the one who did the pest control at my house and he was very respectful and was great at explaining everything that was going to happen. He asked if there were any areas in particular that were a major problem, which was great. He also checked the house before I left to make sure it was set up correctly. I have also been surprised at how quickly it has worked as on the document sent to me, it said it could take up to 14 days to see results, but I can already see results the day after the treatment, with dead ants on the floor around the problematic areas, so very...
