They are only open for lunch and up till the afternoon but not for dinner. We came by on a Monday since we didn't have work. From the time we came until we left it was always busy. We were lucky enough to get a table since they were usually full. There was also lines outside the door most of the time. I was really surprised at how busy they were. We came for lunch but they also had frozen buns and dumplings that you could take away. There were menus (English and Chinese) at the counter. You order at the counter and give the table number. It then gets delivered to your table. It did take a while for the food to come out though. We grabbed a few things to share. Of particular interest to us were the rice rolls since they make it fresh. We had an egg and BBQ pork one and they were both quite nice. The rice rolls had a really good texture to them. The portions were also quite big with multiple rolls layered over the plate. Their fried doughnut was also quite nice but not as crispy or chewy as other places. The dumplings were delicious. We had the pork and chive one and that had a really strong flavour. The chilli oil they had at the tables went well with it. We also tried the wonton noodle soup with BBQ pork. The BBQ pork was not as expected, it looked like a roasted loin of pork, not the char siew we were expecting. The wontons were really tasty though and the rice noodles were nice. It is a great place to come for a cheap meal if you're able to find a table. If they're busy then you can probably take it away and grab a few other items from the freezer too.
Edit: The time for orders is the same for takeaway. The fried rice noodles were ok. the noodles were quite big and so it did get...
Read moreCame here after reading a review of it on a Malaysian FB page. It was a public holiday and the place was pumping! We got a table and ordered the famous rice rolls (BBQ pork & Egg), wonton noodle soup and pan fried dumplings (pork and chives).
There was a 40minute wait for our food, not sure if this is the norm but it was rather long. The rice rolls were some of the freshest I have ever tasted, the egg one a surprising treat. The BBQ pork however was terrible, probably the worst I have eaten (have had many a bbq pork char siew in my life). It as 100% meat (if you know good BBQ pork, there should be a good meat to fat ratio in the cut used). There was no char nor stickiness to it whatsoever. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT order the rice rolls with bbq pork, try instead the prawn or egg filled ones as they are lovely.
Thankfully the wonton was very delicious as were the dumplings. Will be back to try some of the other things...

Large portions of rice rolls with good variety of fillings and you can add ingredients for extra cost. Adding an egg to the beef roll is a must try! We also got two different won ton soups ans noodles. Taste was average, the soup tasted like the water they used to boil the wontons and the pork filling inside the wonton still has the pork smell in it. Both soups were quite bland sadly.
The menu has other rice and noodle options and some fried foods and tarts in the cabient similar to what you see in yim cha such as sesame balls and portugese tarts.
They also have fridges with frozen packets of dumplings and steams buns to purchase to take home.
Overall environment is pretty average as it looks like they've just put in some tables and chairs for a dine in option but tables are clean and cuterly are all dispoable...
