My husband and I got married at Old Forest School and chose Beacall as our bar management team at the recommendation of the venue owner, and I'm so glad we did.

Beacall were super organised both prior and on the day; I was especially impressed by the walkie-talkie setup with the venue prior to the ceremony!

As the night wore on, it was clear everyone was having a great time (without getting messy) and I especially loved that they were able to serve the liquor my dad had made especially for our wedding.

Additionally, having them help with the cake and clearing up etc was awesome. I didn't have to worry about it at all. It was also nice knowing they'd do a full sweep for rubbish etc at the end of the night so our family/friends weren't burdened with the task when it was probably the last thing they wanted to do!

They also helped out quite a bit with the odds and ends of setup, which I greatly appreciated as it alleviated our family and friends from having to come early and do it, or my husband and I having to source items from elsewhere and adding to the stress. Shout out to Renee, thank you!

Where to start! Michael, Renee and the Beacall team are AMAZING! Having worked in the events industry, this team is seriously second to none!

From the get-go, the team made planning easy! They are organised, their communication is on-point, and NOTHING is ever too big of an ask!

Flash forward to the BIG day, and Renee and the Beacall team had us SORTED, from set up (even our own decor!) through to service throughout the day was impeccable and cannot be faulted!

Their food... If you are after someone to cater your wedding, pick them! Our family is made up of foodies (and a couple of restaurateurs! ) all of whom raved about their food! There was more than ample options to choose from, the quality of the food was amazing, and there was SO much of it- Our guests were well fed!

Seriously, 10/10 all round, this team cannot be faulted! Could not give them a higher recommendation!

We had the pleasure of having Beacall Hospitality Solutions for our daughter’s wedding and they truly exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely delicious with each dish presented beautifully and bursting with flavor. Guests raved about the appetizers, main courses and especially the dessert selection!
