I come in semi-regularly for either a $6 pack, or a scoop of chips or wedges. The people are very nice, but occasionally the language barrier gets in the way. The quality of the food I order has always been very good. Since the unexpected change of ownership a few months ago, the earlier closing time of 9pm means I have to call ahead if I leave work later.
