Thames Centennial Pool — Local services in North Island

I recently shifted to Thames and wanted to keep up my aqua-jogging and was pleased to see a lane set aside for jogging. The water isnt all that deep but with a dome placed over the entire pool and heated water, it was more than fit for the job. I would have given it a four star rating because, in addition, the staff were really friendly and helpful and its great value at $4.50 standard adult rate per swim. Love the Thames Pool, love that's it's heated, swimming helps with pain, and the pool is a safe environment. Swimming centers my mind and gives me a small social life, meeting new people in a non intrusive way. It is good for everyone's health physically and mentally. We just took a hot shower here. The changing room was quite big and has a heater in it (with a ten minute timer), a mirror and a plug for a fan. In a normal size shower two people can shower at the same time - that’s in my opinion really close... it could be a bit cleaner in my opinion but that’s just my own perception. The staff was very...
