I am feeling very very happy today as I chose City of Spices. I had first ordered in April. Even today I am using only City of Spices. I never go to local markets. I always choose City of Spices to buy eatables. I am very pleased with the quality of the products and the timely delivery of the products. The customer service is also very good and polite. I have never seen the customer service very accurate till date in any of the online stores. The products are of the best quality at a affordable price. I thank City of Spices for making my shopping life easy and fast. I have told all my friends and relatives to try City of Spices. I will be the customer of City of Spices for much more years. I'm currently in the process of reporting these utterly unscrupulous individuals to the commerce commission. My frail obviously distressed shaking 80 year old mother went in there last Saturday with a barely legible note with instructions from the scammers, including how they were threatening her. None the less, they took her $3000 in cash and sent it to someone in India. My brother has reported this to the police, but I'm on a mission to take this further so if anyone can provide me with any more info, It'd be much appreciated. But in the meantime, be super careful sending money through the Western Union via these people.

Don't buy from these people!!! I brought a gas cooker from this business. Was the biggest mistake I made. When I went to use the cooker it was leaking gas. After taking it to fire protection in Invercargill I found out it's got a broken valve inside and striped screws. Valve has been broken for a long time as colour had changed. After providing all documents they still don't want to pay for it to be fixed or give refund as it's unusable till fixed. Very rude liers and dishonest people to deal with. Never buy from these...
