Tucked away behind the old Morrison's building on Geraldine's main street, the Humdinger Distillery is the newest addition to the town's growing collection of boutique businesses.

Chip the Hungarian Vizsla will welcome you onto the premises and Andrew and Saskia will happily explain some of the arcane secrets of distilling gin. You can sample their products while you are there and take a tour of the distillery which is housed in the former mechanic's workshop of Morrison Brothers' garage.

Especially good is their Citrus Gin which is produced using a bunch of different botanical flavourings...perfect for those summer evening drinkies on...

Called in to the Humdinger gin distillery on my last visit to Geraldine. I had sampled a very nice gin of theirs at the Geraldine Fete last November and was keen to find it. The owner was really nice and friendly, very accommodating, and ironically was just back from a gin event in my home town!! After sampling 3 very nice gins I settled on their pink gin, which is always lovely and refreshing. Pretty sure the one I wanted was their Sloe gin, which was out of stock.
