Thank you Rakiura, Ulrike and Mansfred for an incredible 2 nights on board the Wairangi. The trip far exceeded our expectations, mainly due to your superb hosting. Nothing seemed too difficult for you as you went out of your way to make things flow seamlessly, and your enthusiasm was infectious.
So many extra touches, from the ease of serving relaxed but delicious food and drink which was perfect for our needs, spontaneous side trips to check out sea lions, Maori middens and even welcoming us to your awesome home. A solid helping of luxury alongside the sense of adventure we were after.
We'll be back, and will be highly recommending an adventure on the Wairangi to others
Thanks again Nick, Sam,...

Thank you, Rakiura Adventures, for keeping this historic ship in use & in such...

Rakiura drove with us through the Paterson Inlet and we were able to benefit from his joy again. Heartfelt recommendation: There is certainly no better way to discover Stewart Island than with the...
