Topkapi es un restaurante que fue inaugurado en 1974. Mucha gente joven llegaba a tomar cerveza de sifón que la ponían en picheles grandes de vidrio y uno se servía en jarras pequeñas o steins, y pedía algo para "picar" (boquitas, les decimos en Nicaragua).
