(Azaiba Mall) — Local services in Muscat

Very nice location. Easy to navigate. Wide range of cosmetics, beauty , personal care, home care, toys, stationary, plastics, utensils, apparels. Although quality seems not that great but the kind of price is offered seems lucrative.

Staff is very very low to support. In front of me 3-4 glass products were broken by the customers as it's displayed very tightly. Even after broken the products no staff came to attend.

Lots of staff are sitting at cash counters and doing nothing. As no billing was happening so those staff could have been deployed in departments to make the display better and help the customers.

Overall after keeping this wide range still things are not streamlined. They must improve a lot in managing the store...

They serve all kinds of popcorn – always fresh and crunchy. Alongside, they have a big variety of mojitos and sweet cones that are really tasty and refreshing.

The ice cream section is another highlight – so many flavors like chocolate, strawberry, pistachio, mango, vanilla, and more. And the best part – cone ice cream is only 200 baisa! Very cheap but excellent quality, making it a must-try.

Very good, neat and clean mall. I went there for watching a movie in VOX cinemas. Good theatres with decent sound effects. This mall is having a 24 hrs super market where you can buy items you need any time. I have given 3 star for this only due to the limited parking facility for the mall. But you can park in the public parking in front of the mall. There is a Vasantha Bhavan restaurant where you can have good quality south indian food. There are some more food outlets also.
