Azaiba Gardens — Local services in Muscat

A nice place with a spectacular open terrace. The terrace houses all the amenities that include well equipped gyms for both men and women, a fairly large sized swimming pool, children's play area, seating areas, table tennis area and a multi purpose hall. The view of the city from the terrace is breathtaking and I have never seen a view like this elsewhere in Muscat. There are lovely flowering plants all along the parapet. The two bedroom apartments are slightly small and the kitchen is really tiny. But the convenient location and the terrace more than makes up...

It's an amazing place to live with rooftop walking area and pool. The only problem is that the caretakers always have an excuse not to help us. They don't hear us on the phone...They can't read whatsapp messages but if you call them, you don't understand each other due to language barriers. When they promise something, they never keep it.
